Cooking & reheating instructions

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Take directly from Freezer, remove plastic and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Take directly from freezer, place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.

All chicken dishes are completely cooked and may be eaten at room temperature, microwaved, or heated in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 350.

Remove from freezer 1 hr prior to reheating. Remove plastic, bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Microwave for 1-2 minutes

Remove from freezer, place in an oven proof pan cover with your favorite sauce and bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.

All fish dishes are completely cooked and may be eaten at room temperature, microwaved, or heated in the oven for 5-8 minutes at 350.

Take directly from freezer, remove plastic and bake at 350 covered for 30 minutes.

Finish uncovered for approximately 30 more minutes.

Fresh pasta can be kept in the refrigerator for (7) days. Freeze if you’re not going to use before then. Remove from freezer and defrost before cooking.

  • Fill the pot with 2/3 of a quart of water and bring to a boil.
  • When the water is boiling, add salt and  the fresh pasta.
  • Stir immediately so the pasta does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
  • Cook uncovered: angel hair 2 minutes, linguini 3 minutes, fettucuini and parpadelle 4-5 minutes, extruded pasta 4-6 minutes.   

Ravioli should be kept frozen until ready for use.

  • Fill the pot with 2/3 of a quart of water and bring to a boil.
  • When the water is boiling, add a heavy teaspoon of salt and add the frozen ravioli.
  • Stir immediately so none of the ravioli stick to the bottom of the pot.
  • Cook uncovered ~7 minutes. They will float to the top when finished. 
  • Remove ravioli with a slotted spoon and drain.
  • Add your favorite sauce or toss gently with olive oil and set aside for later use.

Cover in sauce, bake at 350 for 45 minutes

All vegetable may be eaten at room temperature, or reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
