Who we are
Since opening our doors in 1991, Lucy's Kitchen & Market has been proud to serve the Princeton community with food that's fresh, handmade, and rooted in tradition. What began with a love for authentic, handcrafted ravioli has grown into a full kitchen and market, where neighbors and friends can shop and share meals together.
Whenever possible, we source locally and seasonally, adjusting our menus to highlight produce at its peak. It's our way of making sure every dish we share is as fresh and flavorful as it can be.
Locally sourced, always fresh ingredients
Our pasta and ravioli are made in small batches with simple, natural ingredients—semolina wheat, eggs, water, and salt. Fillings feature fresh vegetables, cheeses, seafood, herbs, and spices—never preservatives or fillers—because fresh ingredients create the best flavors.
Beyond pasta, you'll also find fresh breads, cheeses, olives, and baked goods to round out any meal, plus a catering menu that's become a local favorite for every occasion.

What an amazing food destination, from fresh to frozen pasta and sauces and snacks in between they have such a great variety. I highly recommend their meatballs, eggplant and chicken francese. They always have several very tasty pasta or grain salads that change daily.
