Reheating Instructions for Christmas Dinner
All your items that you receive from us should be put in the refrigerator immediately.
It's best to remove items from refrigeration at least 45 - 60 minutes before re-heating.
BY THE TRAY - 20-30 min in the oven covered
Green Beans, Asparagus, Brussel Sprouts
Reheat: add 1-2 oz of water per pound and cook covered over
medium heat on the stovetop 2-4 minutes (this will change the color)
-or- Microwave for 2-4 minutes. For crispier brussel sprouts, they can also go in the oven to re-heat
Mashed Potatoes, Dauphinose, Polenta Casserole
350ºF oven for 25-35 minutes covered, then uncovered for 10 minutes (Add some milk to the mashed potatoes).
Polenta may need 10 minutes more.
Increase cooking time for larger quantities (with everything).
These items can also go in the microwave in microwave safe pan.
Wild Rice & Quinoa Pilaf: best re-heated in microwave: 2-4 minutes
Penne w/ Broccoli, Cocktail Meatballs, Eggplant Rollatini
Covered for 20-25 minutes in a 350 F oven.
Mac & Cheese, Baked Ziti, Tortellini & Creamed Spinach
Reheat in the oven 350 F, covered for 20-30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes until bubbly.
Chicken Piccata, Marsala, Parm, & Sesame Chicken Fingers
350 F, covered for 10 minutes; then uncovered for 15 minutes for full pans.
covered 350 F for 15-20 min.
Whole Tenderloin (make sure oven is preheated)
for Med-R uncovered 400F 10 min.
350F oven for 12 minutes for Medium Rare
Reheat in the oven 350 F. covered for 45 minutes 10 uncovered
